[ppzhan abstract] In recent years, counterfeit and shoddy products have been rampant. In the face of this phenomenon, the Ningxia Fire Brigade issued the Measures for the Administration of QR Code Electronic Labels for Fire Products (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), carrying out information-based management of 304 fire products and further eliminating the circulation and use of counterfeit and shoddy fire products.

In order to further standardize the tracking management of the flow of fire products, on September 30 the Fire Brigade of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued the Measures for the Administration of QR Code Electronic Labels for Fire Products (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), carrying out information-based management of 304 fire products and further eliminating the circulation and use of counterfeit and shoddy fire products.

The Measures point out that the supervision and administration of QR code electronic labels for fire products is the responsibility of the fire protection association of the autonomous region. The Measures provide a unified design for the style of the QR code electronic labels used for fire product flow information, and distribute them free of charge to product manufacturers and sellers. At the same time, the positions for affixing QR code labels on fire products that have passed inspection were standardized. The Measures stipulate that any label holder who refuses to accept supervisory inspection or follow-up inspection, or whose inspection results are unqualified, will be temporarily suspended from using labels. If a label is obtained by improper means or transferred, the label will be cancelled, and the manufacturer or seller may not apply for a new label within one year.
