The sheet feeder runs at full speed, printing 18,000 sheets per hour; a stack of paper more than one meter high is fully "taken care of" in just 3 minutes by this fully automatic printing machine... On August 17, a reporter saw in the printing workshop of Hubei Jinjia Packaging Co., Ltd., located in the industrial park in the northwest of the city, two workers placing stacks of white paper in the feeding area and starting the sheet feeder; the white paper passed through rapidly and smoothly, turning into beautifully made semi-finished packaging cartons.
Hubei Jinjia Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with a total investment of over 600 million yuan. "In July, our order volume reached 60 million, almost on par with the same period in 2019. The second half of the year is the peak production season for our industry, and the company's order volume is also gradually increasing. At present, all of our more than 1,500 employees have had their two-day weekends canceled, and everyone is working overtime to keep up with the production schedule." Yang Yihuai, general manager of the company, said that it currently has to complete 300,000 orders per day and dispatches more than 60 truckloads.
"Since last year, our company has been vigorously opening up new markets in line with the 'one province, one enterprise per year' planning layout. At present, our Anhui branch, covering more than 180 mu, has been put into production, and sites in Guizhou, Shanxi and Shaanxi are also under evaluation." Yang Yihuai is full of confidence about the company's future development. In 2019, the company's output value reached 830 million yuan, and this year's annual output value is expected to reach 1 billion yuan, showing a steady and robust pace of development.
It is understood that the company has applied for 26 utility model patents through independent research and development, and has successfully put all of the patented results into production.
