The 500mm heat-resistant laminated roll film is designed for liquid filling line applications. It uses a multilayer composite structure with a thickness range of 15–25 silk. Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with the structure selected according to the liquid filling content and heat-sealing conditions of the equipment.
As a heat-resistant technical variant, this roll film is positioned for liquid filling line scenarios that require heat resistance. The roll width is 500mm, and custom sizes and artwork layouts are available on request. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request for downstream filling and heat-sealing processes.
The production process covers gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The product originates from Dongguan, Guangdong, and is produced in a Class 10000 cleanroom. For roll film supply, it can be delivered according to slitting specifications for continuous use on liquid filling lines.
Customization services include sample/artwork proofing, custom sizes, and custom artwork layouts. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The 500mm specification and heat-resistant structure requirements can be discussed together with artwork, lamination structure, and slitting specifications; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
