The bag body uses food-grade composite materials, with structures selectable according to content and filling method, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk, with 1–8 color gravure printing support.

The aseptic cap is matched with the BIB bag interface, helping manage sealing and liquid dispensing during filling, transport, and end use.
