[Structure] This is a 3L Bag-in-Box (BIB) system: a food-grade multi-layer flexible bag used together with an outer carton, with a button valve mounted on the bag. Pressing the button dispenses oil and releasing it cuts the flow immediately, avoiding the wall-clinging, dripping and re-contamination issues of conventional pouring, which suits the repeated dispensing habits of edible oil.
[Materials & Thickness] Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the light-barrier, oxygen-barrier, flex-crack and stiffness requirements of the oil; total multi-layer thickness is 15–25 丝 (approx. 0.15–0.25 mm), balancing barrier performance and bag flexibility.
[Printing & Process] 1–8 color gravure printing delivers saturated color and stable gradation. The production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the valve port heat sealed in register to the button valve specification for reliable sealing. Production runs in a 10,000-class clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
[Customization & MOQ] Sample-based or artwork-based proofing is supported; bag dimensions, valve position and printed artwork can be customized to match different outer cartons and filling lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong.
