The 3L juice Bag-in-Box with spout valve consists of a flexible laminated bag body and a spout valve, with the valve heat-sealed integrally to the bag. After filling, the juice is stored and dispensed within a closed bag; used together with an outer box, it suits portioning, storage, transport and end-point dispensing of juice-type liquids.
Common laminated structures for the bag body include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multi-layer lamination thickness of 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm). The structure and barrier combination can be selected according to juice characteristics and packaging format; materials are food grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure with artwork customized to customer files; production runs in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to reduce contamination risk inside the bag and support hygiene requirements for juice packaging.
Customization process: customer provides a sample bag or artwork → sampling from sample/drawing → confirmation of material structure, size, artwork and spout valve position → mass production. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, sizes and artwork can be customized to customer requirements, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
