The 1L Lamb Colostrum Pouch with Feeding Tube is a flexible packaging product designed for lamb colostrum filling, handling, and feeding. The 1L specification and feeding tube variant support direct use in lamb colostrum feeding, and the pouch format can also be customized for colostrum pouch applications.
The pouch uses a multilayer laminated structure. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk. Food-grade materials are used, and a material certificate can be provided upon customer request; the specific laminate can be selected according to content, printing, and usage requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing available. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
Sample/artwork proofing is supported, along with custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
