This 4L calf colostrum pouch is supplied with a rigid plastic frame for calf colostrum packaging applications. The pouch uses food-grade composite materials, with common structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the composite structure can be selected according to the contents and use.
The pouch thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite), and printing is available in 1–8 color gravure printing. Custom sizes and artwork layouts are supported to match the 4L format, rigid plastic frame configuration and calf colostrum packaging requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials can be supplied with material certificates upon customer request; the specific material combination, thickness and printing plan are confirmed per order.
