This 1L liquid soap pouch is designed for body wash and similar liquid soap products. Its key variant is the screw spout, which distinguishes it from pouches with other spout types or without spouts.
Common multi-layer laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory supports sample/drawing proofing and custom sizes and artwork according to customer requirements. It is suitable for body wash and other liquid soap products in 1L packaging.
