The 1L liquid soap pouch for disinfectant with pump head is a flexible packaging solution for liquid products such as disinfectant and liquid soap. The pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure with a thickness of 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm). Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, which can be selected according to the contents and the required barrier performance.
The key feature of this product is the fitted pump head, which allows convenient press dispensing at the point of use, making it suitable for 1L disinfectant and liquid soap filling and application scenarios. Pouch dimensions, the pump head fitting area and the artwork layout can all be customized to customer requirements, while the heat-sealing process is used for pouch forming and edge sealing to ensure consistency of the finished pouches.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, reproducing customer artwork and brand information. The bag-making step is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom, and food-grade materials are used, with material certificates available upon customer request.
The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and offers sample/artwork-based proofing as well as customized sizes and artwork layouts. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, suitable for bulk packaging needs of disinfectant and liquid soap products.
