Product details
This is a 2L liquid soap pouch built around an integrated handle, making it easier to carry, pour and use repeatedly, and clearly distinguishing it from handle-less soap pouches of the same volume and application. Pouch dimensions and print layout can be customized to match different filling spouts, sealing methods and use scenarios.
The laminate structure is selected according to the contents and barrier requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE and similar combinations, with a multi-layer total thickness of 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm). Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing to reproduce brand colors, gradients and detailed artwork.
The production process runs from gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, all completed in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on customer request for incoming inspection and compliance review.
Customization flow: customer provides samples or artwork → dimensions, laminate structure and artwork confirmed to customer requirements → sampling and approval → mass production. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for branded packaging and refill packs of hand soap and similar liquid cleaning products.
