Positioning and pouch construction: this is a foil and metallized composite pouch for 500g solid beverage, and its defining feature is a zipper at the pouch opening that can be reopened and closed repeatedly, which suits powdered or granular solid beverages that are consumed over several servings and need to stay sealed after opening. The pouch uses a multilayer composite structure at 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm) thickness, balancing stiffness, barrier performance and heat-seal strength.

Material options and barrier design: common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Structures containing an AL foil layer target high barrier, while VMPET metallized structures balance barrier and cost; the NY layer improves toughness and puncture resistance, and the PE layer acts as the heat-seal layer for seal integrity. All materials are food grade, and material certificates can be provided on request.

Production process and workshop environment: the workflow runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing to carry brand artwork and product information; the zipper is applied during bag making and heat sealing. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, which supports consolidated production and shipment for South China and export orders.

Customization and MOQ: the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample-based and artwork-based prototyping and customizes sizes and print layouts to customer requirements. Once the material structure, thickness (15–25 silk), number of print colors and pouch dimensions are confirmed, the order moves to sampling and volume production, serving packaging needs for solid beverages and instant drink powders.
