Product details
This product is a 5L milk liquid pouch bag with a straight spout, a customized pouch format for milk liquid packaging. The straight spout is the key configuration that distinguishes it from other variants with the same capacity and application, suitable for output and use after liquid filling.
The pouch body is commonly made from multilayer composite materials including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multilayer composite). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers proofing from samples/artwork and can customize sizes and artwork according to customer requirements, suitable for 5L milk liquid packaging.
