The 5L sauce liquid pouch bag uses a four-side seal with spout structure: the bag body is heat-sealed on four sides and equipped with a spout, facilitating filling and use for sauce-type contents. This structure clearly differentiates it from same-size, same-use three-side seal pouches, pouches without spouts, or ordinary liquid pouches.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
