This is a 250ml double stand-up pouch for juice, and its key feature is a spout fitted at the top of the pouch. The double stand-up structure forms a stable self-standing base, so the filled pouch can stand upright on shelves and tables; the spout allows consumers to drink directly and supports reclosure, making it suitable for single-serve liquid juice packaging.
Laminated materials can be selected according to juice characteristics and packaging requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, etc., with multi-layer lamination thickness typically 15–25 silk. Different material combinations differ in barrier performance, stiffness and appearance, so the specific structure can be determined based on the juice formula, light-blocking requirements and artwork design.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the spout assembled and sealed during bag making and heat sealing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For customization, sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, and size and artwork can be customized to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
