The 1kg cheese vacuum pouch is developed for portioned cheese packaging, with a seven-layer co-extruded structure as its core technical variant: multiple co-extruded layers form an integrated barrier film combination that, together with the laminated structure, addresses the oxygen, moisture and mechanical strength requirements of cheese in chilled distribution, suitable for equal-portion packing of cheese blocks, slices and shreds.
In terms of structure, the seven-layer co-extruded film can be combined with common laminate materials, with available structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the multi-layer lamination thickness range is 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), and the structure and thickness can be selected according to the oil content, moisture level and packaging format of the cheese.
The production process is gravure printing (1–8 colors) → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out entirely in a 10,000-class cleanroom; food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization supports sampling from customer samples or artwork, with dimensions and print layout customized to customer requirements; the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong.
