For materials, common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selectable according to barrier, stiffness and appearance requirements for nut products. Multilayer composite thickness is 15–25 silk. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For printing and customization, 1–8 color gravure printing is supported for brand graphics, product information and artwork. Sample-based or artwork-based proofing is available, and sizes and layouts can be customized according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for branded nut packaging needs.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The finished pouch can be used for 1kg nuts self-seal zipper packaging; the double zipper supports daily repeated opening and resealing.
