Published:2021-04-16 · Industry News

[ppzhan Abstract] Recently, Guangdong Province organized an examination meeting to examine the Guangdong provincial local standard 'High-Speed Shaftless Gravure Printing Machine' (draft for review). The attending expert panel, after reviewing the relevant materials and discussion, agreed to pass the examination of the standard.

On May 25, the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision organized an examination meeting in Guangzhou for the Guangdong provincial local standard 'High-Speed Shaftless Gravure Printing Machine' (draft for review). An expert panel composed of experts from related industries, including the Materials Science Institute of Sun Yat-sen University, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Machinery Inspection Station, the Packaging and Printing Department of Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic and the College of Light Industry and Food Sciences of South China University of Technology, reviewed the Guangdong provincial local standard 'High-Speed Shaftless Gravure Printing Machine' drafted by the Guangdong Province Film and Paper Printing Industry Association, Guangdong Shanzhang Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Chaozhou Caida Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. and the Guangzhou Yuexiu District Yanren Science and Technology Information Consulting Center. The expert panel listened to the report of the drafting units, reviewed the standard preparation notes and other relevant materials, and, after careful, detailed and full discussion, agreed to pass the examination of the standard.

Section Chief Huang Huai of the Guangdong Provincial Standardization Division chaired the examination meeting, and Deputy Director Zhang Dingkang of the Guangdong Provincial Standardization Division attended the meeting and asked the experts to do a good job in the examination of the standard. After careful review, the experts put forward revision suggestions on the standard, hoped that the drafting units would revise it in accordance with the opinions of the expert panel before submitting it for approval, and recommended that the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision approve and release it as a recommended standard.

It is understood that the Guangdong provincial local standard 'High-Speed Shaftless Gravure Printing Machine' is based on the industrial local standard formulation plan approved and issued by Guangdong Province (Yue Zhi Jian Biao Han [2012] No. 676), and the technology of this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Technical Committee for Film Printing Equipment of Guangdong Province (GD/TC64). Experts said that the shaftless high-speed gravure printing machine changes the traditional mechanical transmission mode and can improve the precision and printing efficiency of gravure presses and reduce the loss of printing materials; it is an advanced printing device today.

The Guangdong provincial local standard 'High-Speed Shaftless Gravure Printing Machine' shows the features of the technological progress of this machine model and is instructive and operable. Experts held that the formulation of this standard is conducive to promoting further improvement in the quality of high-speed shaftless gravure printing machines in Guangdong Province, provides technical support for enterprises producing the same type of machine in Guangdong Province to achieve standardized and normalized production, and fills the gap in Guangdong Province's technical standards for high-speed shaftless gravure printing machines.
