Daily Care and Maintenance of Packaging Machines: How to Do It Right
The packaging machine and equipment must be operated by designated personnel who can skillfully master the startup and bag-making procedures and can perform simple instrument adjustment and parameter changes; mechanical instrument adjustment personnel must undergo strict training by the Yujie manufacturer and be able to skillfully master instrument performance, working procedures, operating modes, working states, and common troubleshooting and handling; unauthorized personnel are strictly forbidden to operate the computer instruments. Daily maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry; the wiring terminals must be checked regularly for looseness or detachment. The heat sealer body should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the seal pattern is clear.
The photoelectric tracking light-emitting head, that is, the electric eye, should also be cleaned at regular intervals to keep the cursor tracking error small.
Material scattered on the tray must be cleared away promptly to keep the machine parts clean.
Regularly clean the dust inside the electrical control box to prevent faults such as poor contact. Within one week of use, a newly installed machine must have its transmission and moving parts checked, tightened, oiled and maintained; thereafter it must be inspected and maintained at regular monthly intervals; basic maintenance:
Regularly check the screws at all points of the packaging machine to avoid any loosening.
Pay attention to waterproofing, moisture-proofing, corrosion-proofing and rat-proofing of the electrical parts. The interior of the electrical control box and the wiring terminals must be kept clean to prevent electrical faults.
When the machine is stopped, the two heat-sealing rollers should be left in the open position to prevent scorching the packaging material.
Regularly add oil to lubricate the gear meshing points, the oil holes of the pillow block bearings and all moving parts of the packaging machine. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to drip oil onto the drive belt, so as to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or aging and damage to the belt.
