Custom Laminated Stand-up Spout Pouch 1-1000 ml for Antibacterial Antiviral Diluent and Laundry Detergent

A stand-up liquid pouch with a spout, used to pack antibacterial and antiviral dilutions along with laundry detergent. The base allows the pouch to stand, and the capped spout at the top supports two ways of dispensing, pouring and squeezing, while the body is easy for a filling line to grip and position.

The body is a laminated structure. Bonding multiple films gives the pouch barrier performance and flexibility at the same time: the inner layer touches the liquid, the outer layer carries print and resists scuffing. The spout is heat-welded to the body and closed with a cap, so repeated opening does not lead to leakage.

Capacities run from 1-1000 ml, covering small trial sachets through to large refill pouches. Printing takes 1-8 colours, and pouch dimensions, spout type and panel content can all be tailored to the customer's requirement, with a single range produced in several fill sizes to separate uses.

Because dilutions and laundry liquids differ widely in composition and viscosity, the material combination and spout selection are adjusted to the contents so that the pouch keeps its seal and appearance over long storage, without becoming brittle or delaminating. Trial packs and refill pouches can share one layout, which keeps the range consistent while the fill size changes.

Before bulk production, a compatibility check against the customer's own liquid sample is recommended, after which the material and structure are fixed. As a custom product, price depends on material, colour and dimensions, so the approved sample governs; customers are welcome to share their requirements for a quotation.
