Custom Spout Pouch 1–10 L for Laundry Detergent and Cleaner

This stand-up spout pouch is designed for large-volume household cleaning products, spanning 1-10 L in laminated material, with a handle for carrying. A spout and screw cap close it, and the format suits laundry detergent and fruit and vegetable cleaner sold in larger single packs, as well as refill packs in supermarkets and bundled e-commerce sets.

A large pouch places higher demands on material strength. By pairing an outer layer, a barrier layer and a heat-seal inner layer, the laminate lets the bag stay upright once filled and keeps seams from splitting under stacking pressure. The handle is formed together with the body and reinforced at the load points, so the weight is spread evenly when lifted.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a handle, spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, handle position and spout opening can all be set to the customer's requirement, with artwork from the design file.

Uses centre on laundry detergent, fruit and vegetable cleaner and other household cleaning products, and extend to large-volume liquids that need a carrying handle. The spout opening helps pour a measured amount and avoids tipping out too much at once.

Kody Packaging produces the pouch at its Dongguan, Guangdong plant, running printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making as a continuous sequence. Sample pouches can be made to check load bearing and seams before volume production.
