This product is a 5kg snack self-seal zipper pouch with a core single zipper configuration: one self-sealing zipper track at the pouch opening for repeated opening and closing. This variant is distinct from double-zipper or other zipper structures and suits snack packaging projects that specify a single zipper; the material remains a multi-layer laminated structure, with the exact lamination selected as required.

Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 丝 (multi-layer lamination). The material combination can be selected according to snack characteristics and customer requirements, and food-grade materials can be supplied with a material certificate upon request.

Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and the process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
