Roundtable: A New Landscape and Rebalancing in Recycled Fiber and Packaging Paper Trade
China's implementation of a "zero import" policy on recovered paper has caused drastic changes in the global recovered paper trade landscape and has also driven new changes in the packaging paper trade between China and other major markets.
