Custom Colostrum Pouch 1–10 L for Calf Colostrum and Bovine Colostrum

Calves need colostrum soon after birth, and chilling plus pasteurisation are the usual pre-treatments. This colostrum pouch is built around that routine: a high-barrier body that tolerates chilling, a spout and a strong feeding tube, so the colostrum is fed straight after thawing or warming with fewer transfers between containers.

The pouch is laminated from aluminium foil or a metallized barrier layer with a heat-seal inner layer. The barrier layer blocks light and oxygen, and the inner layer keeps its seal from going brittle at chilled temperatures. The pouch is squeezed during feeding, so the spout weld and the bottom seal need spare strength; used with the outer frame the pouch is less likely to collapse.

Volumes cover 1-10 L and printing runs to 1-8 colours, with space on the pouch face for animal number, milking time and thawing notes. Accessories are the drain tube and outer frame, and the tube can be matched to the strong feeding tool already used on the farm. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch style and tube specification made to order.
