This 5L liquid pouch bag is designed for edible oil packaging, with a three-side seal, no spout structure as its core variant. Commonly used composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite).
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, forming the three-side seal bag shape with no spout structure through heat sealing.
The liquid pouch bag is suitable for edible oil packaging, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/image proofing and can customize sizes and artwork according to customer requirements; food-grade materials with material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Made in Dongguan, Guangdong, the production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom, covering gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing processes for liquid pouch bags.
