1L Foil Pure Aluminum Laminated Spout Pouch for Hair Dye and Oxidant

This made-to-order spout pouch for hair colour serves treatment cream, peroxide developer and perm lotion together, with a 1 L size that matches the heavier usage in a hair salon. The body is a stand-up spout structure laminated from foil, pure aluminium and other materials, so both creams and lotions dispense smoothly and an operator can draw the product out with one hand. Kody Packaging produces to customer order in volumes from 1-1000 ml.

The stand-up base lets the bag stand steady on a worktop. A wider spout opening lets cream flow freely, while a narrower one gives better control over lotions. The pure aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen, which has real value for a liquid such as peroxide developer whose ingredients need stable conditions; the foil and laminated layers together give the wall its strength and reduce damage from squeezing or dropping. The screw cap opens and closes repeatedly, so a partly used bag can still be sealed.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. A customer can set the product name, shade number and directions on the panel, with bag dimensions, spout diameter and pouch style taken from a drawing.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling from a customer's sample first. Because one pouch serves both creams and lotions, the nozzle bore is chosen against the contents rather than fixed in advance.
