Custom Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Tomato Sauce and Jelly

Side-spout stand-up pouches place the spout on the side of the body. Made from laminated material with foil added, they come in volumes from 1-1000 ml. With the spout moved sideways, dispensing is closer to pouring from a jug, so tomato sauce, jelly, sauces and children's fruit puree flow out along the side outlet and less product is left behind.

The body is laminated with foil acting as the barrier against light and oxygen. Welding the spout on the side keeps it away from the main load-bearing panel, so the pouch is less likely to distort under the weight of the spout after filling; the stand-up base opens out to keep the pack stable on shelf.

Volumes run from 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The exact side position of the spout, pouch size, gusset width and colour scheme can all be adjusted, and a trial sample confirms the dispensing behaviour before bulk runs. Artwork and colour count follow the customer's design file.

The application is liquid food packaging, with tomato sauce and children's fruit puree named directly, plus jelly and sauces. Side dispensing is convenient for spreading and for portioned use, particularly with viscous foods where the squeezed quantity needs controlling.
