100g Tea Self-Seal Zipper Pouch with Degassing Valve

This product is a 100g tea self-seal zipper pouch with a degassing valve. The core structure combines a self-seal zipper with a degassing valve, suitable for tea packaging scenarios that require a valve configuration. Common composite materials can be selected as needed, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite).

Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and can be produced according to the customer's artwork. Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The material is food-grade material, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

100g is a reference fill weight. The actual pouch dimensions, zipper and degassing valve positions, and artwork design can be customized according to customer requirements. The self-seal zipper structure supports daily opening and reclosing use for tea pouches, and the degassing valve configuration meets the requirements of this technical variant.
