The complete machine control system adopts the latest microcomputer servo control and operating system; each unit is driven by an independent servo motor, providing assurance for high-precision registration during high-speed operation.

The plate cylinder adopts an air-expandable sleeve design; the plate cylinder is lightweight and requires no gears, making sleeve change quick, convenient and simple. Since there are no gears on the plate cylinder, both printing quality is improved and maintenance workload is reduced.

Printing and ink transfer pressure adjustment: the plate cylinder uses a rolling shoulder method; when adjusting printing pressure and ink transfer pressure, fine adjustment is made to the corresponding support brackets on both sides. HP Indigo 200K Mid-Web Digital Press

HP Indigo 200K, as a mid-web digital press carefully designed for converters, performs outstandingly in the market.
