Hexing Packaging: Changtai Smart Eco-Friendly Packaging Project Agreement Takes Effect
On July 14, Fujian Hexin Packaging Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of Heshine Packaging, and the Fujian Changtai Economic Development Zone Management Committee signed the "Reservation Agreement for the Transfer of Enterprise Land Use Rights" concerning the Zhangzhou Changtai Intelligent Eco-friendly Packaging project.
A few days ago, Heshine Packaging issued an announcement stating that it agreed to Fujian Hexin Packaging Co., Ltd. investing in and constructing the Changtai Intelligent Eco-friendly Packaging project in the Changtai Economic Development Zone of Zhangzhou, Fujian; it agreed to the entry into force of the "Reservation Agreement for the Transfer of Enterprise Land Use Rights" and to Fujian Hexin Packaging Co., Ltd. implementing the relevant content of this agreement.
It is reported that the land plot for the Changtai Intelligent Eco-friendly Packaging project is located within the Guanshan Industrial Park of the Changtai Economic Development Zone, on the east side of Anhua South Road and the north side of Nankeng Reservoir. The total investment of the project is about 460 million yuan, with production and operation carried out through phased self-building; the average investment intensity per mu is no less than 3 million yuan, and the annual production capacity can reach 320 million square meters of eco-friendly packaging paper products.
The project is developed and constructed in two phases (100 mu of land for Phase I and 52 mu for Phase II). The Phase I project will start construction within 12 months from the date of land-delivery confirmation, and the completion deadline for Phase I works is within 24 months from the start of construction; the Phase II project will start construction within 36 months from the date of land-delivery confirmation, and its completion deadline is within 24 months from the start of construction.
Heshine Packaging stated that, in view of the broad market prospects of Changtai and its surrounding areas and the future development trends of the packaging market, the company's investment in constructing the intelligent eco-friendly packaging project this time will allow it to provide cooperative customers nearby with higher-quality, more efficient and more convenient supply services, effectively reduce logistics and transportation costs, and, while meeting customer needs, further increase market share and strengthen the company's core competitiveness.
