Xiaoxian Linping Paper Steadily Advances Its Listing, Expected to Be Quoted on the Market Before April 2023

"Our company is steadily advancing its listing work. At present there are mainly two issues: one is to complete the debt-to-equity swap before the end of November, and the other is that the company has some plants and land for which it has not yet obtained title certificates, and government coordination with the relevant departments is still needed to help handle this." Recently, the person in charge of Anhui Xiaoxian Linping Paper Co., Ltd. raised specific requests at the Xiaoxian promotion meeting for enterprises planning to go public.

Anhui Xiaoxian Linping Paper Co., Ltd. was established in January 2002 and is located in the Xiaoxian Circular Economy Industrial Park. Its main products are high-strength corrugated paper for packaging and high-grade linerboard. In 2020, the market share of the high-grade packaging paper produced by the company in the Anhui market reached 48.2%. At present, the company is carrying out the shareholding reform for its listing and is expected to complete its listing and quotation before April 2023.

Next, Xiaoxian will deepen the reform of systems and mechanisms, be prudent and inclusive on the premise of complying with laws and regulations, and make the greatest effort to help enterprises meet listing requirements. At the same time, it will focus on reducing the tax and fee burden of listed enterprises and promptly deliver incentive and support policies. It will actively use the entrepreneurs' salon exchange platform to promote government-enterprise-bank interaction, answer questions and resolve doubts, and accelerate the pace of enterprise listing. It will further intensify the "dual recruitment and dual introduction" efforts, promote the high-quality development of the ten major emerging industries, carefully cultivate a high-quality reserve cluster of listed enterprises such as quality enterprises, emerging industries and leading enterprises, and promote the transformation of "sole proprietorships into enterprises, enterprises into above-scale ones, above-scale ones into shareholding ones, and shareholding ones into listed ones".

Anhui Xiaoxian Linping Paper Co., Ltd. currently has six production lines with a designed production capacity of 950,000 tonnes. The company's new project is under way. The project is located within the plant area of Anhui Xiaoxian Linping Paper Co., Ltd. in the Anhui Xiaoxian Circular Economy Park, Anhui Province, with a total land area of 340 mu. It will build three papermaking production lines with a total annual output of 900,000 tonnes of new materials (high-grade linerboard and high-strength corrugated base paper), using advanced 6600-type multi-fourdrinier multi-cylinder papermaking production lines. Among them, PM7 is a production line with an annual output of 300,000 tonnes of 80-200 g/m² linerboard, PM8 is a production line with an annual output of 300,000 tonnes of 80-200 g/m² linerboard, and PM9 is a production line with an annual output of 300,000 tonnes of 90-160 g/m² high-strength corrugated base paper; forming a production scale of 900,000 tonnes per year. Supporting auxiliary works and environmental protection works will be built.
