This product is a 3L liquid soap pouch for hand sanitizer, designed with a pump head, mainly used for hand sanitizer and liquid soap packaging. The pouch capacity is 3L, and the specific size and layout can be customized upon request.
Common composite materials for the pouch include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer composite). The structure can be selected according to the contents and usage requirements, and printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing.
Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, using gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, and is completed in a 10000-class cleanroom. The materials used are food-grade materials, and a material certificate can be provided upon customer request.
