Custom Laminated Laundry Detergent Pouch 2 L with Spout, Universal

This universal stand-up spout pouch is made for detergent and cleaning liquids. With a 2–5 L range it works both as a regular retail pack for laundry detergent and as a trial or promotional size. The stand-up base lets a filled pouch sit upright on the shelf and takes up less display space.

The body combines PE, nylon and laminated material. The PE layer handles heat sealing and contact with the contents, the nylon layer improves puncture resistance and flexibility, and lamination bonds films with different properties into one structure. Sealing and spout fitting follow in bag making. As flexible packaging, empty pouches cost less to ship than rigid bottles of the same volume.

The 2–5 L range lets one artwork set cover two main sizes. Printing runs from 1–8 colours and can carry brand marks, usage instructions and barcodes. Accessories include a spout, screw cap, handle and carry grip. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with bag style and artwork made to order.

The pouch is aimed at laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and disinfectant, and suits other household formulas with similar flow behaviour. The spout and cap let users squeeze out what they need and reseal the pack afterwards, reducing spillage compared with pouring from an open container.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Before mass production, samples can be made from the customer's artwork file and reference bag to confirm print shade, seal strength and how the fittings work together. Material structure, number of colours and accessory choice all affect cost, so quotations follow the approved sample.
