Factory-Direct Liquid Soap Pouch 1 L with Spout for Laundry Detergent

The stand-up spout pouch for liquid soap and laundry detergent is supplied direct from the factory, which removes the middle link in the chain and keeps the supply route short. The 1 L size matches everyday household consumption; the pouch stands on its own and carries a spout, so it can go straight onto the shelf after filling, and it also works well as a refill: the consumer pours the liquid into an existing bottle or can, which reduces the amount of packaging used.

The body is made from laminated material matched to the viscosity of the contents and the volume. The spout is heat sealed to the body and the base is folded and sealed to keep the pouch upright, with sealing and compression resistance as the design priorities, so a filled pouch does not bulge out of shape.

Volume ranges from 1-1000 ml, and the size can be chosen to suit the product range. Printing supports 1-8 colours, and both layout and pouch style can be customised from artwork the customer provides. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The stated application is liquid packaging, and the keywords cover laundry detergent, cleaner, household chemicals, body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser, disinfectant, shampoo and hair colour or perm liquid, giving the pouch a wide field of use.

Kody Packaging supplies the product direct from Dongguan, Guangdong. Customers can request a sample first to compare the feel of the pouch and the flow through the spout, then place a bulk order to that approved sample, with finished goods spot-checked on the usual items before dispatch.
