This product focuses on puncture resistance, often using composite structures containing NY/PA layers such as PET/NY/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with 15–25 silk thickness, balancing vacuum retention and puncture resistance.

In terms of structure and barrier, common composite materials such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE can be selected based on nut type, packaging format, and storage needs. Food-grade materials are suitable for nut packaging, produced in a 10000-class cleanroom, and material certificates can be provided upon request.

Printing and bag-making follow gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand layout and product information; bag style, size, seals, and artwork can be customized.
