5L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for Dairy with Butterfly Valve

This product is a 5L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for dairy, with the core technical variant being a butterfly valve. The bag body uses multilayer composite film structures, with common materials including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination). These options can be selected around dairy packaging requirements and combined with a butterfly valve outlet to create a differentiated 5L BIB solution.

Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with artwork/layout customizable to customer requirements. The process flow is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, suitable for the lamination, bag making, and heat-sealing of 5L Bag-in-Box products.

In terms of specifications, the product capacity is 5L, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample/artwork proofing is supported, and sizes and artwork/layout can be customized as per customer requirements. Material, thickness, printing color count, and butterfly valve configuration can be confirmed based on dairy packaging needs, clearly distinguishing it from same-capacity, same-use BIB products with different valve variants.
