This product is a 5L edible oil Bag-in-Box (BIB) with a spout valve as the technical variant. The bag body uses a multilayer composite film structure. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multilayer composite). Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

The specification is 5L, suitable for edible oil packaging. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can be customized according to the customer's artwork/layout. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, and the workshop is a Class 10,000 cleanroom.

The spout valve configuration is the key feature that distinguishes this product from other products of the same specification and use, and it is designed for use with a matching box. The factory can provide sample/artwork proofing and customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
