This is a 100g medicinal ointment pouch with a pure aluminium structure. Its key difference is the use of an AL foil layer structure rather than a metallized VMPET option, with laminate materials such as PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE available.
The thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination), suitable for 100g medicinal ointment small-format packaging; common laminate materials can be selected within the listed range, and the pure aluminium structure uses the AL foil layer as the key structural layer.
The production process is 1–8 color gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, produced in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and food-grade material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
