Custom Foil Zipper Stand-up Pouch for Cat and Dog Food

This foil zipper stand-up pouch is made for pet food in packs from 500 g to 5 kg, covering dry cat and dog food, treats and freeze-dried products. The zipper runs across the top so the pack can be resealed after each feeding, and the gusseted base lets a heavy pouch stand without support, which keeps the pack tidy in a pet owner's cupboard.

The film uses a foil barrier layer against moisture, oxygen and light, so the food stays crisp and aromatic through the shelf life, and an inner heat-seal layer that closes the pouch and is compatible with high-speed filling equipment. The structure is matched to the pack weight, with heavier grades where the pouch is lifted and handled repeatedly.

Printing in 1–8 colours covers the front and back panels, giving space for feeding guidance, ingredients and brand information. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures pet food packaging to order and supplies samples before volume orders.
