Aluminum Foil Laundry Detergent Stand-Up Spout Pouch 1-1000 ml

The stand-up spout bag for laundry detergent breaks a bulk bottle of washing product into a small pack that is easy to pick up. The body stands on its own and carries a spout or a drink-style nozzle at the top, so pouring is controlled and easy to stop before too much comes out. Made from aluminium foil and laminated material, the bag blocks light and resists seepage, which fits the storage needs of concentrated detergent formulas. Kody Packaging makes it to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml.

The base is a stand-up fold, so a filled bag can stand by itself on a shelf or a worktop. In the middle of the laminate the foil layer blocks light and oxygen, cutting the chance that surfactant ingredients are affected by light; the laminated layer bonds the foil to the inner ply and carries seal strength and drop resistance. The spout is heat-sealed to the body and can be fitted with a screw cap that is unscrewed for use and closed again afterwards.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag style, nozzle specification, dimensions and artwork can all follow a customer drawing, and die-cut outlines can be added for a more recognisable shape.

Uses sit under liquid packaging. Beyond laundry detergent the bag can hold cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, body wash, facial cleanser and body lotion, and it is also common for sheet-mask essence and perm or hair-dye liquids.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling against a customer's sample before bulk manufacture.
