Custom Stand-up Pouch 1000 ml with Spout for Perm Solution

A 1000 ml stand-up spout pouch aimed at measured filling in hair-care and hair-treatment lines: perm solution, hot-oil cream and moisturising hair gel all fit. The volume is generous, yet the pouch still stands on its base when full, and the capped spout keeps the paste from rushing out in one go.

Aluminium foil or pure aluminium is used for the body. Both block light and act as a barrier, and the pure aluminium layer is the denser of the two, holding back moisture and oxygen more firmly. In paste products this slows oxidation of oils and moisturising agents. Heat sealing forms the pouch, and the spout is fused to the body so the seam does not split under load.

Capacities span 1-1000 ml, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout aperture and cap colour can be configured to the customer's requirement, with artwork supplied by the client or laid out for approval before tooling.

Typical contents are laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, as well as body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and general liquid packaging. The larger fill suits salon consumables, household refills and hair-care gift sets sold as bundles. Salon chains often order this larger fill as a back-bar size, alongside smaller pouches for retail display.

The brand is Kody Packaging and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. A sample can be produced first so the seam, the strength of the spout weld and the printed colour can be reviewed before bulk output; where material or colour differs, the sample price governs.
