400mm Heat-Resistant Laminated Roll Film for Liquid Filling Lines | 15–25 Silk Multi-Layer Laminate

The 400mm heat-resistant laminated roll film is a roll-stock product built for liquid filling lines, slit to a 400mm web width to match continuous unwinding, forming and heat-sealing cycles on filling equipment. What separates it from standard roll film of the same width and use is the heat-resistant structure: priority is given to temperature-tolerant combinations such as PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE and PA/PE, so the web keeps running smoothly and dimensionally stable through heat sealing and subsequent high-temperature processes.

On materials, the common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the barrier and temperature requirements of the liquid product; total multi-layer thickness ranges from 15–25 silk, balancing stiffness, flexibility and heat-seal compatibility.

The process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work with artwork customized to customer files; slitting is controlled at a 400mm web width, and roll diameter and splice method can be aligned with the customer's equipment. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 cleanroom using food-grade materials, with material certificates available on request.

Customization flow: customer provides sample or artwork → confirm laminate structure and thickness → confirm artwork and color count → sample approval → production run. Sample-based and drawing-based prototyping are supported, along with customized sizes and artwork, at a MOQ of 10,000 pcs, manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong.
