Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer lamination thickness is 150–250 µm. Materials are food-grade, and material proof can be provided according to customer requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
