Common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multi-layer composite thickness of 15–25 silk; the specific structure and thickness can be selected according to the customer’s contents and artwork requirements.

Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The bag-making step can coordinate with the hanging hole technical variant for hole position and artwork layout; hole position, size, and layout can be customized to customer requirements. Production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and origin in Dongguan, Guangdong.

The 1L specification is suitable for fabric softener packaging and can also be customized in size and layout as a liquid soap pouch product. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and can customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements; food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon customer request.
