Custom 1L Spouted Liquid Soap Pouch for Hand Wash Refills

This liquid soap pouch is built on a stand-up spouted bag: gusseted base, three- or four-side seals, and a body that stands upright on the shelf. The spout can be a screw cap, a press-to-open flip-top, or a valved nozzle, with neck diameters matched to your filling line. The construction gives smooth pouring, clean cut-off and reliable resealing, which suits hand soap, body wash and other low- to medium-viscosity liquids.

Typical laminates include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with a food-grade PE sealing layer inside and a barrier layer chosen for your formula and shelf life. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with stable colour and fine detail, plus matt, gloss or window options. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, spout size and roll film width are all made to your filling and display requirements.

These spouted pouches are widely used for hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, fabric softener and hotel amenity refills. The custom process is simple: confirm bag type and volume, send your sample or artwork, approve a proof, then mass production.
