500ml Vinegar Liquid Pouch Bag – Three-Side Seal, No Spout (Food-Grade Laminated, Customizable)

This product is a 500ml liquid pouch bag for vinegar, defined by its core technical variant: a three-side seal, no-spout construction. Three heat-sealed edges enclose the pouch cavity while the top is a flat seal with no spout, valve or shaped opening. The bag is filled and then sealed directly by heat sealing, giving a single-use format that is opened by cutting or tearing the top seal for pouring — well suited to portioned filling and one-time use of vinegar-type liquids.

Lamination options: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, at 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). AL and VMPET layers provide barrier performance, NY and PA layers improve puncture and flex-crack resistance, and the PE layer serves as the heat-seal inner layer, matching the three-side seal process. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

Printing and process: 1–8 color gravure printing with artwork customized to the customer's design; the production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with bag making carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The no-spout structure removes the spout component, and seal width, pouch dimensions and top-seal format can be adjusted to drawings during bag making.

Customization: sampling from customer-supplied samples or artwork, with mass production after confirming laminate structure, thickness, dimensions and printed layout; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with custom sizes and layouts available to customer requirements for vinegar and liquid condiment packaging.
