5L Vinegar Liquid Pouch Bags – Three-Side Seal, No Spout

This product is a 5L liquid pouch bag for vinegar, with a core structure of three-side seal and no spout. The three-side seal no-spout variant is clearly distinguishable from same-specification, same-use spout pouches in appearance and seal-edge structure, suitable for vinegar liquid packaging scenarios requiring a no-spout pouch type.

Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). The material combination can be selected according to vinegar contents and packaging requirements, subject to proofing and the material certificate confirmed by the customer.

The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop; materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
