Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 5 L for Liquids and Drinking Water

A stand-up spout pouch with a built-in hand carry, 5 L in volume and made from aluminium foil and metallized material for outdoor carrying of drinking water and other liquids. The carry opening is cut directly into the pouch body, so no separate handle part is needed and the load spreads across the pouch shoulders.

The materials are metallized film and pure aluminium. Pure aluminium carries the main barrier duty, limiting light and gas transmission, while the metallized layer forms a reflective metal surface with a metallic sheen. Aluminium film is relatively soft, so a suitable seal width is needed for the pouch to carry weight after lamination.

The volume is 5 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings include a screw cap, spout and hand carry, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The carry opening diameter and position, plus the pouch artwork, are made to order.

The main use is outdoor portioning of drinking water and beverages, and it also suits liquid delivery where the pack has to be carried by hand. The spout diameter matches common filling equipment, and the screw cap reseals the pouch after opening.
