Custom Liquid Packaging Pouch 250 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

A 250ml laundry detergent pouch with a spout, used for filling laundry liquid and antibacterial disinfectant dilutions. It stands on its own base with a screw-cap spout at the top, which makes both refilling and portioning straightforward, and the spout can be aimed straight at a bottle neck when decanting.

The body is made of laminated material. Bonding several films together gives an inner face that resists the contents, an outer face that carries print and takes wear, and a middle layer that provides the barrier. The pouch is heat-sealed into shape and the spout is fused to the top; the cap keeps its seal over repeated opening, so liquid does not creep out.

Capacities cover 1-1000 ml, and sizes other than 250ml can be scheduled too. Printing supports 1-8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and panel content are customisable, and dilution instructions can be printed on the body itself.

Filled products include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, along with disinfectant and general liquid packaging. Household refills, hotel laundry-room decanting and cleaning-service consumables are the usual uses. For cleaning products, the panel can be laid out so the dilution ratio and safety text stay legible at a glance. A sample fill using the customer's own liquid confirms the seal before the run starts.
