Custom Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Perm Solution

This stand-up spout bag with a nozzle is made from laminated material. The body stands on its own and carries a nozzle at the top, so it can handle liquids of different viscosity — perm solution, alcohol gel and laundry detergent among them. One pouch style covering several contents cuts the tooling and stocking work for a buyer, and the various sizes can all be customised within the volume range. The body is laminated from several plies that divide the duties of barrier, strength and heat-seal, and the combination can be adjusted to the behaviour of the contents. The stand-up base keeps a filled bag upright, the spout is heat-sealed to the body and can be supplied with a screw cap so the user controls the flow while pouring; for gel contents the nozzle bore can be opened up a little to help it squeeze out.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, nozzle specification, outline and artwork all follow a customer drawing, and different sizes can share one design language so the range still looks consistent.

Applications sit under liquid packaging: perm solution, alcohol gel and laundry detergent, plus cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, body wash and sheet-mask essence.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling from the customer's own sample first. A sample made to the drawing is the quickest way to confirm that the nozzle suits the contents.
